 Conservation and Repair
Sensitive work to conserve and/or repair the existing built fabric in as good a condition as possible. Intervention works to ensure historically important fabric is retained. |

 Creative Re-use and Adaptation
Projects that are based around the sensitive yet creative re-design of the existing built fabric to bring a defunct property in to use. Examples of adaptation of existing buildings to bring them back in to use. |
 New Build
New buildings in sensitive settings including existing listed houses and conservation areas. |
 Conversion and Alteration
Conversion, extension and alteration projects. Typically domestic, however includes one or two non domestic projects. Projects enhance the existing. |
